1. FREE HOME INSPECTION: This service is intended to address any potential issue prior to placing your home for sale which could have a negative impact later on. In today’s industry buyers are savvy. This may prevent a buyer from using his own inspection as a bargaining tool which could affect the selling price.  

2. FREE TITLE ABSTRACT:  Oftentimes and usually right before a closing is scheduled a title issue is detected. It is very common that items like prior liens or mortgages that haven’t been satisfied, show up during a title search.  Unfortunately when these types of situations occur it can cause a delay in the closing and add to your stress level. By having a pre-title abstract conducted at the time of listing, it will allow for any corrections or omissions to be handled prior to closing, without causing any delays.   

3. FREE HOME WARRANTY:  This wonderful offering is extremely valuable to homeowners as it reduces their risk should a break down occur. As a homeowner, knowing that your home is insured against breakdowns affords peace of mind and makes your home more desirable to prospective buyers. Upon completion of the sale, the warranty is then transferred to the buyer, free of charge, for the next 13 months. This gives the buyer complete coverage for any breakdowns that may occur. Items that are covered for example are: hot water tanks, roof leaks, and appliances, to name a few.
